Refund Policy

This policy explains when credits or payments may be refunded on Gen NanoBanana. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Failed generations

Credits are charged only when a generation succeeds. If a run fails or is canceled before producing output, the reserved credits for that run are returned to your wallet automatically — you do not need to request a refund for failed jobs.

Subscriptions

Subscription plans refill credits on a recurring schedule. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly approved by support.

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or technical issue), contact us within 14 days of the charge with your account email and receipt details.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs are valid for one year from purchase. Unused credits in a pack are not convertible to cash. Refunds for unused credit packs are considered on a case-by-case basis when requested within 14 days of purchase and before substantial use of the pack.

Chargebacks and abuse

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to decline refunds when we detect abuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.
