What payment methods does Gen NanoBanana support?
We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal at checkout through our secure payment provider. Checkout opens in an overlay on gennanobanana.com so you stay on the site.
What is the difference between Monthly, Yearly, and Credit packs?
Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions: you pay on a schedule and receive a recurring pool of credits for that period. Yearly is billed once per year and usually offers the best per-month value. Credit packs are one-time purchases: you buy credits when you need them and use them within 1 year of purchase.
What are credits and how do I use them?
Credits pay for each image you generate. Subscriptions refill your balance every month (for example, Basic includes 3,000 credits per month). One-time credit packs are valid for 1 year from purchase. See the table on this page for credits per model.
How many credits does each Google image model use?

How many credits do AI tools (upscaler, background remover) use?
AI Background Remover costs 1 credit for standard removal and 101 for NanoBanana removal (2K Pro). AI Image Upscaler costs 6 credits at 2×, 11 at 4×, and 202 for NanoBanana upscale (4K Pro). See the table on this page for image model rates.
Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly and Yearly plans are designed so you can cancel before the next renewal. After cancellation, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, subject to the final terms shown at checkout.
Do unused subscription credits roll over?
Subscription credits refresh each month when your plan renews — unused credits from the previous month do not roll over. One-time credit packs must be used within 1 year of purchase.
Can I change plans after I subscribe?
Upgrade or downgrade between Basic, Pro, and Enterprise from Pricing or Billing. Use Manage subscription in Billing to change plans or cancel before your next renewal.
Is Gen NanoBanana suitable for commercial client work?
Paid tiers include commercial licensing for work you create in the product, suitable for freelancers, studios, and in-house teams. Always confirm the license summary at checkout for your use case.
