Terms of Service

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate information.

Gen NanoBanana sells digital credits for a browser-based AI image and video studio. Credits are delivered instantly to the purchaser's account after checkout. No physical goods or human services are included.

Generations are priced in credits. Subscriptions refill credits on a schedule; one-time credit packs are valid for one year from purchase. Credits are charged only when a generation succeeds — failed runs are not billed. Pricing and credit rates are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Your use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you agree not to use the service to create or distribute content that:

• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, including non-consensual or sexual content involving minors;
• impersonates others or facilitates fraud; or
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its providers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

You retain rights to the inputs you provide and, subject to these terms and your plan, to the outputs you generate. Paid plans include a commercial license for outputs you create in the product. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and use of outputs comply with the law and any third-party rights.

Generation is performed using third-party AI models and infrastructure. Their availability, capabilities, and terms may change, and the service may rely on them to function.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gen NanoBanana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
